Short-range WindScanner demonstration course at DTU Wind Energy

The WP3 (WindScanner Research and Innovation) activities within the PP WindScanner.eu regarding WindScanner Design Forum hosted an on-campus Demonstration Course of the Short-Range WindScanner.dk (Danish node) wind field measurement technology. The purpose of the demonstration Course was to show interested researchers how the Short-Range windscanner, which is part of the future research infrastructure, will operate in practice.
The ground-based synchronized 3 x Short-range WindScanners were in operation, scanning the inflow to an NKT550 on-site test turbine, as well as a 2D turbine mounted Spinner lidar installed at DTU Risø Campus.
