ESFRI WindScanner PP Project governance structure

Collectively, WP1-5 are designed to address the PP phase requested coordination of, respectively: 1) Financial work, 2) Legal work, 3) Strategic work, 4) Logistics, and 5) Governance.

The governance structure is closely linked to the EERA Joint Programme (JP) on Wind Energy as all the research partners in this project are also involved in EERA and the vision is to develop a European RI that will underpin the EERA JP on Wind Energy. This strong link means that the EERA sub-programme on Research Facilities has a strong emphasis on the development of the WindScanner Facility. Furthermore, the Chairman of the Steering Committee of this project is also the Joint Programme Coordinator of the EERA Programme. Finally the composition of the Scientific and Industrial Advisory Body for the WindScanner.eu Facility and the EERA JP on Wind Energy is almost identical.
