WP1: Organization and financing
WP1 on Administrative and Financial set-up is led by DTU and has the aim to develop a Business Plan for the establishment and operation of the future European WindScanner Facility, including a description of a transparent and accountable governance model (strongly linked to WP2). The key objectives of this Work Package are:
- To ensure the involvement of all research infrastructure members and stakeholders in the development, planning and operation of the facility.
- To ensure transparent and accountable governance and operational arrangements.
- To ensure economical sustainability of the facility, both for construction and operation.
