WP5: Open Access

Within WP5 ‘Open access’, which is led by ECN, it is realized that a distributed and mobile facility such as the WindScanner requires innovative methods and procedures to collect, process and distribute measured data. Therefore, WP5 has the objectives:

• To describe a database set-up that fits the requirements for storage of measured data from the WindScanner.eu facility
• To specify and organize the tasks and roles around the validation, processing and storage of the data
• To define the analyses of measured data and the reporting of results
• To provide access to the database and arrange e-science and networking facilities
• To define the rules and arrangements of end-user support and dissemination
